YMAA International

America - Head Quarter

Yang's Martial Arts Association

YMAA was founded in 1982 in Boston by Dr. Yang, Jwing-Ming. Over the following decades, it has developed an international network dedicated to the teaching and transmission of Taijiquan, Qigong, and traditional martial arts.

YMAA’s educational approach is grounded in continuous practice, the study of fundamental principles, and the systematic transmission of knowledge. The process begins through the direct relationship between teacher and student and continues over time through teaching, research, and experience.

Connection with YMAA

Training within the YMAA system has been an integral part of Aryanmehr’s educational path. Over the years, this connection has grown from personal practice and teaching into involvement in the development of YMAA activities in Iran, and later into collaboration at the international level.

Today, this collaboration continues with YMAA International, encompassing areas such as organizational development, strategic planning, educational development, and international cooperation.

YMAA IRAN

YMAA Iran began its activities within the YMAA educational framework in 2001 and has continued the teaching of Taijiquan, Qigong, and the internal arts in Iran over the years.

The path has been grounded in continuous education, regular practice, and the transmission of knowledge within the YMAA curriculum. Over time, it has expanded through the development of instructors, educational programs, and an independent space for practice.
